The business plan and data which details the Dream's operations was assembled in joint effort between the Dream staff, local sports professionals, national sports consultants and college professionals who specialize in their respective sports fields. The Dream consultants specialize in accreditation and are second to none in their experience and years of service. As a newly assembled staff of the Dream, our firsthand experiences with these professionals knowledge, services, staff and the accuracy of their data, has given us great confidence and are proud to include them on our team. The staff of Dream Sports Arenas and Exposition Facility has a combined business and sports background totaling over 460 years of expertise.

The Dream will be the most recognized design and implementer of building combined sports facilities in the country. We will achieve this status by capitalizing on over four years analyzing and developing third-party expertise. We feel the enclosed information reflects these professional view points in this presentation. Youth and adult ice skating, inline hockey, ice hockey, volleyball, basketball, soccer, figure skating, BMX bicycle and golf are the nations fastest growing sports, especially women's teams. This is a trend that is expected to last for many years into the future. While this trend is exciting for the future. The Dream Sports Arenas project will not depend on a forested growth in the arenas market as it is viable at current need and revenue levels.

We have researched, developed and perfected our facility. We have visited hundreds of facilities and interviewed their owners. We have interviewed "Select" parents and local patrons and discussed likes/dislikes and needs. The Dream Sports Arenas and Exposition Facility is not just a sports facility. The Dream facilities are uniquely designed group of buildings that will allow the Dream to meet the space needs for meetings, car shows, festivals, antique shows and concerts with guarantees of profitable space usage.

Over the past 15 years there has been a vast growth in "Select" youth sports programs/teams. Adult physical fitness in general has also seen vast growth. There is a definite need for space for community organization meeting locations. Unfortunately, the building of adequate facilities to meet the practice and game needs of these sports groups and community organizations has not transpired, for many reasons. The Miami Valley, needs adequate, privately owned and professionally operated facilities to fulfill needs of all currently established team's needs. It must also work with governmental entities to fulfill needs of the general public but not be a revenue/tax burden on governmental agencies of the community.

Currently, existing facilities are small, not of adequate size to house existing teams, have long "waiting lists" for new players and cannot attract local, regional, state or national competitions much less meet any community/public needs. Existing facilities are usually old, mismanaged and not conducive for growth. My company, Dream Sports Arenas and Exposition Facility, proposes to fill the needs of all "Select" sports organizations and community needs.

As you will see, the Dream staff has done its homework with planning that ultimately fulfill everyone's needs and wants with a complete sports and community related arena.
