The Dream Sports Arenas and Exposition Facility, upon completion, will have:

1. Two NHL size ice hockey rinks.
2. Two U.S.A. Hockey In-Line rinks (piped for ice)
3. Four indoor non-walled soccer fields (four to eight fields outside)
4. Nine indoor basketball courts (eighteen volleyball courts)
5. Forty-person indoor professional golf-driving ranges (over soccer fields)
6. Two indoor BMX Bicycle (meeting National and American Bicycle Association requirements)
7. Complete Sports Medicine operation
8. Pro-shops for each housed sport
9. Full, quality, food service facilities
10. Meeting rooms, stage and banquet areas
11. Thirty station, on-line, computer room for youth education/homework and for parents
12. Full (60' x 100') physical fitness workout/conditioning facility (to be used by the parents of "Select" youth while they are waiting for their children).
13. Play room staffed with a Dream child care personnel
14. Education/Computer Room
