Currently, existing facilities are small, not of
adequate size to house existing teams, have long "waiting lists" for
new players and cannot attract local, regional, state or national
competitions much less meet any community/public needs. Existing
facilities are usually old, mismanaged and not conducive for growth.
On a larger scale, Dream Arenas will be a legal size as to attract
large sporting events. The Dream Arenas' staff affiliation with the
following organizations will assure complete success:
1. U.S.A. Hockey
2. U.S. Hockey In-Line
3. U.S.A. Soccer
4. U.S.A. Figure Skating Association
5. U.S.A. Golf
6. National Bicycle League
7. American Bicycle Association
8. U.S.A. Basketball
Also, Dream Arenas' staff is currently working with the following
organizations to develop programs which are multi-sports oriented:
1. Girl Scouts
2. Boy Scouts
3. Special Olympics
4. Local ballet organizations
5. National professional sports
6. Sports medicine groups
Extensive
planning has been made for outside needs such as green space, ponds,
flower gardens, water gardens, and etc. All buildings, as the need
arises, can be converted rapidly to fulfill just about any space need.
Most important, each new facility built in the future will "cost
less" to build. The initial development cost are already completed.
When we build in a new state, only the local zoning codes will need to
be changed.
JUST ENVISION: A sports
tournament taking place....every weekend, 50 - 100 teams with an
average of 12 - 15 families per team (2.5 people per family) plus
coaches and their families. As they show up at the Dream Arena to play
their game - normally, one in the morning and one in the afternoon,
they see the Dream routine entertainment!
1. Horses being shoed
2. Beans being cooked over a fire
3. Square/line dancing
4. Woodworking
5. Homemade ice cream being cranked
6. Community organizations, politicians or Chamber of Commerce
giving out maps of the area to promote their cities, villages and
businesses.
7. Everybody working together to "show-off" our parks, bike trails,
and etc.
8. Our elderly interacting with our youth
9. Pleasing "amenities"
